Guillaume Libbrecht

Guillaume Libbrecht is a legal intelligence architect who bridges EU law and applied AI. Trained across four jurisdictions, the Netherlands, Germany, England and France, at Maastricht University, his work sits where regulatory complexity meets technology strategy. His bachelor thesis on the agency of self-modifying AI marked the move from pure law to building AI systems.

He founded timmyshadylex to deliver legal intelligence tools that law firms and in-house teams use in practice: built lean, without outside capital, and engineered to run in production.
